Don't get a bfriend now..wait until you get out of High School..get one wen you go to college- you are only a virgin once, and if you start getting hooked up now, you will lose it- would you give away a million dollars if you had it? Well, that is yourself, you are that million dollars..if you have a bfriend, he will want some of that- not b/c he is a bad guy, but b/c that is just what guys do- what's not to like and love about a million dollars? And once you give it away, eeven just part o f it, you don't get it back! So wait until you are older and can decide who you rally want to give it to- the boys you know now will not bethe ones you like when you are 18. Focus on school....play hard to get- let them line up for you! and then when you are ready, and have high school behind you and college in front of you, you'll see the boys you are around now are justthat- boys! And any older guys who hit on you , well, they are the bad ones! Don;t let them talk you into anything- If they were really cool, they would be hitting on women, not girls! And being a girl is a good thing- YOu will be a woman much longer than you will be a girl..so enjoy whatyou have now!

Hope this helps! :)

boyfriends...Thats a topic to never ask your parents about...lol! You should decide the age that you should start having boyfriends. It should only happen when you think that you are mature enough to handel all the pressures and problems that come along with a relationship. Your parents are going to say NO YOUR TOO YOUNG until they cant have any more say so, that because they dont want to see there little girl grow up, thats all! Its all up to you and how you feel. Although a relationship is so wonderful, and there is nothing like falling in love, its hard. there is alot of drama and pressures, you just have to do what you believe the right thing is no matter what you boyfriends say

I know the feeling. I am 12, too. I think an appropriate age is 15 at the least.

Seventeen is a good age for dating and having a boyfriend. This is a appropriate age both in your maturity and his and will allow you to enjoy fun other than eachother's bodies. Think about the rewards at 17; car, job, money and greater freedom from parents.

You should have friends that are boys your whole entire life but shouldn't even consider dating until you are old enough to get married. Recreational dating is dangerous and can be very hurtful. Even when you are considering marriage it is a protection to you if you will double date or go out in groups with others so that you will be protected from moral compromise. This will also help you to REALLY know the other person as you see them interact with others.
