Lebanon doesn't have any. Israel has never admitted to having them but a lot of people believe they do. We may find out soon, however. I can't believe that they would use them on Lebanon. It's too close to their own people. Damascus or Tehran would make lovely targets.

Neither country has a nuclear capability, though Israel might. In any event, Israel could easily deliver such a weapon if wanted to, but Lebanon could only deliver theirs by donkey-cart. So, I wouldn't be too concerned.
