I just upped my dose from 150 to 300 and I have been feeling dizzy, a little out of it, and fatigued. I don't know if it is the increase or if it is a physical ailment causing it. Anyone have this? Did it go away with time?

I had this w/ another med when I increased my dose. How long have you been on the new dosage? If it's less than 2 weeks, and the side effects are troublesome, phone the nurse in the provider's office and ask the question.

If the dizziness/fatigue is merely in the "annoying " category, stick w/ it. It should go away in time, mine did. I had it when I changed meds and when I upped the dose.

And it is truly annoying!

RXlist.com cites 11% of study participants taking 400 mg/day reported dizziness. 7% of those taking 300 mg/day did. So, you're SO not alone.

I take Welbutrin. These are common side effects if your dose is too high you need to talk with your doctor before ever changing your meds and have your levels evaluated. You are at a high risk of a seizure, talk to your Doctor now

I actually had the same side effects. If the medicine works for what you need it to work for, and its worth it to be dizzy and tired; then stay on it...

but there are a million anti-depressants - try another one.
