his computer is running slow it takes ages to load up his broswer and he is saying that the company that gave us the deal no longer gives us 3mb that they cut it down without telling us how can we check it out on our computer we think we might be riped off if you can help us please thanking you regards

what are you talking about? does he have the same computer as you? if it is running slower maybe his machine is slower than yours if his browser loads slower... not really enough info to go on here... if you think ytou are being ripped off go to another company
