No one can tell you who is good for you. Though, I do think there is a lot that goes on between 16-20 and so he is a bit old for you at this point in your life. I am not sure about your experiences, but since you asked this question you probably have not had sex. He probably has, probably. At your age you are probably, probably once again, better off experiencing things in life with people who are at the same maturity level as you when it comes to relationships. If you do decide to pursue him just make sure things progress at your tempo and not his.

There is nothing wrong with it age is just a number! But you also have to factor in the fact maybe your parents don't like it or maybe you are not ready for a more mature relationship!
