Your BMI is 22.5 - you are the ideal weight for your height.
So don't worry about it.

you're obviously not happy with the weight you are at the moment and i would work on your body confidence first. i'm 5"7" and a little under 70lbs but i'm perfectly happy with my body shape and i'm always referred to as slim. i'm usually a 10 -12. just please don't get too skinny. a good tip is to not worry about your weight by not having scales in the house and eat only what your body tells you to. i follow my instincts and have never been big.

i dont know what 57kg is i only know stones and pounds, i think any size woman looks good in whatever she wears if she is confident. size really doesnt matter, it is how you feel about yourself that is important!!

As long as you in proportion with you body and bone structure you should be fine. Ask your doctor if you are that worried and they should tell you if your in proportion or not eg: underweight/average/overweight ;-)
