There's truth to everything they say. That's what the show is there for, to debunk popular culture. They do very extensive research into the culture they feature on the show.

I saw a program on tv about 10 or 15 years ago which raised some important points about Mother Theresa (when she was still alive). For example, she wouldn't allow the nuns to assist those who were in need and weren't dying, or were dying but could be saved. Whether this is true or not I'm not sure, but if your program is recent and it says the same thing then there is probably some truth in it.
I think you have to judge this sort of program in light of other programs by the same producer / director, and also in the quality of the program. A good program would make an allegation and then have a competent person speak on behalf of the allegation and another competent person speak against it. You have to watch carefully because a poor program won't allow one of the persons enough time to answer the questions correctly, giving the impression the programs allegations are right when they were actually not proved because the defender wasn't allowed to answer.

Yes, Mother Theresa did a lot of harm and was not the "saint" she was portrayed as.

She accepted money from some shady places and refused to return it when it was discovered to be stolen. She used the money she raised to live well and for missionary work, instead of building hospitals like she was supposed to. Her "hospices" didn't treat people, they were just places people went to die.
