Shooting fish in a barrel is not only safe...it's fun. One must of course consider the type of fire arm being used when choosing hunting clothes. If a shot gun is being used you would need a camoflague wet suit....

make sure the barrel isnt made of strong enough to reflect back and hit you. I dont like killing animals or fish but whatever. actually that was retarded cause it u shoot in water it cant reflect back i dont think so whatever lol

Yes but only if the barrel is a loose fit and you can easily climb out of it. P.S. Beware of splinters.
