EVERY submissive girl or any girl into BDSM i've ever talked to at first shows as if shes the perfect girl, shes willing to travel to meet you and she doesnt care about money or anything. she likes you and acts like she doesnt want to lose you. and after a while she says "ive met someone new that im talking to" and she doesnt give a crap about you, says that she doesnt wanna come over anymore and then leaves? EVERYTIME. Why?? does ANYONE in this world take bdsm online dating seriously?

I'll certainly agree that the on-line BDSM dating sites do tend to draw out a certain class of wanna-bees and flakes. I've tried going that route myself, and for the most part, nothing comes of it.

It IS possible to meet the right person on-line, but the odds of doing so through any of the dating sites are quite slim. Instead, a better on-line route would be to get involved in a dedicated chatroom. I believe that Yahoo has a couple set up for the lifestyle in mind. Other providers also offer similar services.

However, I suspect that this route has been pursued as well. Not to make any judgments, but it might be possible that you communicate on-line for too long before attempting to arrange a face-to-face. I don't have an exact time frame in mind, but if you can't get someone to agree to meet up with you in a safe, public environment after two or three conversations, they are flakes in my opinion.

My real recommendation is to get involved in a local munch group. Forget the on-line scene and meet people face-to-face up front. Let people know what your interests are and what you are hoping for in a relationship. Even if they aren't interested or available, chances are that they might know someone that is looking for someone like you. Networking can be a very powerful tool.

The best part of a munch group is that it weeds out the flakes pretty quickly. If a flake actually does go to a munch, they are unlikely to return. Hence, most people who attend BDSM social groups are very serious about how their sexuality and lifestyle are expressed. In my opinion, that is where you are most likely to achieve success.

Hope that helps.

Listen, buddy. I'll give you an insider view. I am a sub. I've been doing online dating for a long long time. To tell you the truth, it's mainly a pass-time for me in something I'm interested in. It's hard to really work out a BDSM relationship through online dating as it takes lots of trust. Also, some girls have BDSM in their fantasy and are reluctant to try it in real. Of course, if they say that to the guys, they will chat with noone, so they lie. Right now, I have a rt boyfriend. We've been together 5 months. We first met online and I didn't take him seriously. But, he could step by step make me trust him. We met several times after. He is my Master now. Genearlly, it's harder to find a lifestyle partner than a vanilla partner. Good luck!

Honestly? Because a true sub into BDSM understands that for a realtionship to be genuine it HAS to go offline in order to have some validity. Now, that's not to say that on-line relationships have no chance of flourishing, but honestly how long could you possibly keep that up and actually think that it's genuine?
