she works for me and i lend them money but they only get like this when i ask for it back

Then sit down with them and work out a schedule of repayments that is fair to everyone.
Sounds to me like they are trying to emotionally blackmail you.

You could tell to her and your parents that you will pay it back when you have a job and money. Do not even get mad at them because that will lead to a wrong relationship.

get all the money you are owed and then say your not loaning them anymore. they are treating you like as an interest free bank. lets see them try to get that deal in the real world. as someone above said - emotional blackmail

in a bad way = jealousy, or something else because they feel as if u r bossing around... anyway, if your answer was detailed i would be able to answer it properly
