in all states it is federally required that by dialing *57 called 'call trace' you can trace the last incoming call but you must do it before the enxt incoming call comes in, it costs 7.oo per trace and the results are not revealed to you but only to local police; if you sign out a real complaint they will pursue it and take it to court, then you may find out who it was and wher eit was from; all states have this. in some areas it is not a working services on some pay phones or from some older cell phones.

okay...here is what you do, you call every place near you with similar phone digits and ask if someon called and ordered tortillas at 3:30 ish last night. Then you take the phone number or adress and hire an assasin to take care of the dirty work.

If you're a cop you should be able to figgure it out lol!

Only kidding!!!!! The easiest way is to do a *69 [adomatic redial], but unless it's 3:05 there, I'd say it's a little late for that. Try this sight:

Oh man~ that sucks!
Try getting a phone that show caller ID.
If the caller has blocked their number, then tough luck on that.

However if they continue to call you have 2 choices.
1. Change your number.
2. Tell the police.

call information, there's a number you dial right after someone calls you, that tells you who called, but it varies on the country. You probably can't trace this particular call, but it could help you in a future.
P.S. I neever answer calls late at night.

After the caller hangs up if you did not get any calls after that then dial *69. I guess you do not have caller ID.

Guess it also depends on if their number is unlisted or not.

Call your phone company and complain.

These days there are dozens of ways people can mask their originating phone number - and VOIP is making things worse.
