you mean "my mother picked me up from the greyhound station"?
My madre (or "mamá") me recogió en la estación "greyhound"
If you are asking your mom to do so, then you say
Mamá, porfavor recógeme en la estación greyhound
Greyhound in spahish means "galgo" that is a type of dog, but if "Greyhound" is a proper name, then you use it that way.
