does anyone have this problem or know anything about it, my boyfriends mom can't stand the sight of sharp pins or needles they hurt her eyes its weird and i was just wondering if anyone knows anything about this.

I saw a show on TV about this kind of thing the other day. It's a symptom of Tourette's Syndrome. A couple people on the show complained that things with corners or sharp points irritated their eyes and those things would have to moved out of sight.

Sounds like a pretty severe trigger mechanism. These are implanted into the subconscious mind resultant to some emotional factor in the past. It can be deleted.

some people are afraid of needles and they get phobic from it and it has some thing that happened when they were little. or an event some time in their life.

It's probably a phobia that she got when she was a kid. It's all psychological

maybe something happen to her when she was younger and now shes scared
