I'm having a heck of a time with this heat! I can barely move away from the AC! I wish I had Central Air!

well stay in front of the air condertoner and drink water with ice and just keep your self cool and if you have to take a cool shower. that helps

If you need to move around the best thing to do is have a cold compress and place it in back of you neck this is the bodies tempature area. When you cool this area down it makes all your body feel cool. Try it for your self.. Hope this helps you..

If you have air don't leave the house. I don't have health problems and I can't stand the heat!
