Always tell her she's done a good job when it's true. Praise her good traits and be open with her about her bad ones. Don't yell- or she'll just learn to yell right back. Always listen to what she has to say- you will earn her trust this way.
Tell her that evil exists in the world, that there are a lot of people who can't be trusted, so that she should always take her time to really know people before trusting them.
Show her that her body is sacred- don't spank or hit her, or she will accept this as a form of love. Give her warm baths and make her smell good with essential oils like lavender.
Kiss her and hug her as much as she'll let you. Read to her every night before bed and sing to her every day- even if you don't like your voice, she will.
Play with her, show her she's important, and that she matters to you. Feed her healthy food so she can grow up and have a strong body.
Try to be an example to her by living your life as happily and as deliberately as you can.

Girl, if your the mom, then you soooo need to see a doctor. Or a Crisis Pregnancy Center. They can give you everything from clothes and diapers to formula and advice. For free.
For now, you just need to breastfeed it on each side for about 15 minutes each every 3 hours or so, even during the night. Don't forget to pat it a little bit on the back after each feeding so that it can burp, cause babies can't do that on their own, and it gives them stomach cramps if they don't. And obviously change the diapers.
That will keep her alive for now, but I still think you need to go to a Pregnancy Center for all the details.

You definitely need to be more specific with your question. There are so many things you have to do to take care of a baby. Feed (properly), change often, etc. What part of taking care of her do you need help with? I wish I could give you a better answer.

If you a new parent. Get some reading materials to learn instead of sitting down in the computer. Be also specific to your question, how old the baby girl? toddler? or infant?

Go to your local health unit. The Nurses will be able to show you everything and help you out. They will be able to put you in contact with assistance if you need it. There are health units in almost every community and they are there for everyone to use no matter what income level. I went for help when I was having trouble breast feeding the nurses were wonderful and so helpful. Good luck!

Funny, but I get the feeling that you are young. You feed her, take care of her needs (as with babies, they are many) and love her with all your heart. E-mail me if I can be of any help. :)
