okay how do u know if a guy likes u if he doest ask you out. ( like if he doesnt ask u out) like eye signals or stuff like that??????

Here you go, give him the smile combined with the eye thing but a good one and give it to him when you both clash eyes. If he stares profusely at you and does not smile then he is interested in you, in a serious way , if he smiles back then he's ready to have a good time with. This i guarantee.

when i guy liked me his signs were he was always messing with and talking to me. we would play around and call each other and hang out and come by each other houses and stuff. if he didnt see me in a while he will give me a hug or maybe a kiss on the cheek

I'd say that if you lock eyes with him for more than just an instant, he is attracted to you... Like Tony Montana said in "Scarface", 'the eyes never lie, chico.' Or chica in your case. :)
