I am looking for really unique things. Like anything I can make myself that looks good and is original. Also, does anyone know where I can buy "tiffany blue" colored disposable camera's?

Use beach umbrellas - hang them upside down and put candles in them ( you can fill with water if you are worried about the candles falling over )- then they will offer a soft glow as well as fitting in with the theme - and be unique

How about clear, tall vases that are fat on the bottom and narrower at the top, filled with blue aquarium gravel, water and a live blue beta fish!
You could surround the vase with votives and top the vase off with a live plant that will act as a self-filtering device - a complete eco system!

How about vases filled sand and tiffany blue painted sand dollars and starfish (could paint your self), and block candles (either white or tiffany blue)
