go up to her if u see her with her friends one day and ask if u can talk to her for one minute and start by saying that u really like her and u just want to know if u would go on a date with me if she says yes the touchdown and if she says no move on to some one else

Just blurt it out. Do what feels natural to you and ask her. She'll be flattered and the worst thing that she can say is no, in which case you'll move on and find someone else.
