In a way, it does matter what her mom thinks about you. Whatever you do, don't make her mad because that's just going to make it harder for you to see your girlfriend in the future. Instead, try to sit down with your girlfriend and her mom and talk things out. Let her know that you have no intentions of ever hurting her daughter and that you really do like (or love) her. You have to realize that it is her daughter. Any parent is going to worry about their child, especially when it's a girl. Try to assure the mom that you will take care of her, and you better keep your word!

I'm assuming you haven't known your girlfriend's mom for long? You should see this as an opportunity to prove her wrong for being suspicious about you -- but over time. She doesn't know you like your girlfriend doesn so don't worry about it at this point. I also wouldn't take her feelings personally. Your girlfriend may have had some awful boyfriends before you and her mom may be somewhat prejudiced.

well lke your girlfriend said worry about what she thinks not her mom. she may not like you because of what your girlfriend is telling her, tell your girlfriend to tell someone else the things she wants to share about you. your girlfriend is a teenager and her mom thinks she will ruin her life and become pregnate if she continues to see you and when a female is youg she should be having fun in life and not be tied down to a guy.so thats why her mom is all over the relationship, because she doesnt want ot become a grandma, i know you are think i dont want ot be a dad either but it might happen so be careful and respect your girlfriends mom.

Well first of all u need your girlfriend's help in this. She needs to and must improve your image in front of her mom. It's just a start. Then its your turn do something that really good guys do and her mom likes it. You'll have to ask that too from your girlfriend. Hope my advice works out and I do seriuosly hope that it does not turn into a disaster.

this is true, but ultimately parents influence their kids no matter what...maybe it wont be right away but eventually it will get to the point your girl will get sick of hearing from her mom and may even break up with you :(...I would invite your g/f over to your place more or go out to be together...

What your girl friend said is correct. Don't worry about what her mother is thinking.

If its love mate then her mother will have to deal. If it is just a fling then dont worry, it will come to an end anyways, right?
