paul mitchell has a shampoo called tea tree (sally's beauty supply has a generic) which is good for oily hair and helps with volume.it has a eucalyptus oil in it which makes ur head tingle too! It cleans the pores out to help reduce oil build up! Make sure you use the conditioner that goes with it.Because it may dry your hair out a little if you dont. Matrix also has a shampoo called Amplify which is great for volume! (sally's also has a generic) It also has a very light conditioner if you want to use it. Also try to color or highlight ur hair it really helps with oily and flat hair!

use shampoos for fine hair, and instead of rinse out conditioner, use a leave-in. Then you can buy some products, like mousse, to give hair more body. Blow dry with your hair flipped over, and if you want you can use velcro rollers to further increase volume. you can buy biotin (supplement) at any drug or health supplement store, it helps your body regulate the minerals and stuff your hair needs to grow healthily. And if you just eat lots of fruits, veggies, fish, and water and cut out excessive sugar, you should be on the way to good hair!
