Yes, without experiencing pain, you would never know the feeling of joy. Without sadness, you wouldn't know happiness. Thank God for that.

Here we go again...blaming God for all the pain and suffering and now somebody asks a question as to if we should thank him for it. Have you ever stopped for a minute to think that the Devil is the one behind all the pain and suffering and for every waking moment that you have another day to live on this earth in peace is given to you by God. Maybe we should be thanking him for the good things that he has given us because the last I recalled I have had more days of peace than pain and suffering could ever amount too!

God doesn't cause the pain and suffering that we go through. He allows use to go through it to make us stronger and to reach other people for him. He can use every situation for good if we let him. You should thank him for considering you worthy to use instead of cursing him because your life gets hard. Everyone goes through hard things in life. Pain and suffering are among two of the hardships. Be thankful of the things you have in your life and pray that God will use even your most difficult times for good. In the bible it talks about us being like raw metals and God refines us just like we refine the metals removing the impurities. Pain and suffering are part of the refining process.

God does not inflict pain and suffering upon us, but....

We are supposed to be aware and therefore grateful for any pain that we encounter, for it builds us stronger in many ways. What doesn't kill us, only makes us stronger.

Whenever we experience pain, it will prepare us for something worse and helps us to appreciate the healing and glory.

Whenever we go through trials in life, the Lord looks down upon us to measure our faith. When that faith has been trusting, He responds in glorious ways that we would not experience otherwise.

So in a way, we may thank God for the pain and suffering when we work our way through it. The end result will be the real celebration!

God does not give pain or suffering, pain and suffering are what we cause upon ourself as a direct result of our actions in relation to karma.
You want to thank God, thank God for the reminder of the consequences of our action and learn from them and move on.

First of all the pain we suffer physical or mental could Never compare
to the pain that Jesus was subjected to.Jesus was with his Father and
Jesus left a perfect place,Jesus became human and felt the same thing that we fill everyday.
No it is not fun but I thank God that he gives me strength and want
to get through my pain. Some day I will never experience pain again I
will receive a perfect body.

Yes.... well... yes, but it's tough at times.

There is a tremendous song out there called Blessed be your Name by Matt Redman. I am making a habit of singing that song during the tough and painful times to remind me that God has plans for this situation that I can't not see at this time..but eventually He will bring wonderful things from it.

During tough and painful times...meditation on the verse (Jeremiah 29:11) "For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord. Plans for good and not for evil. Plans to give you hope and a future."

In the Book of Genesis, Joseph had a really crappy 13 (or so) years. Attacked by his brothers who planned to kill him, sold as a slave, wrongly accused of rape, thrown into jail and forgotten ...all before he was raised to the second highest position in the kingdom. And if you think it over (and know the story) he would never have gotten there if he hadn't gone through each of those terrible situations.

God DOES have a plan. Even in the worst times, when the choices of men ot the ways of nature have left you pained and broken...God can make wonderful and glorious things happen in your life because of it.

Remember to say thanks!

Blessed be your name.. by Matt Redman

I thank to God ,because the pains and sufferings we go though(because the sins of the menkind),there are so until we can support all this.
Many mens are praying to God for all menkind and God Makes that
the pains and sufferings are getting short.
To pray, means to invite the God to intervener, our choice is that.

I don't think the instruction is to be thankful for pain. The bible tells us to praise God always...even in trials. We can praise God when we suffer, because we know He will see us through. The bible tells us not to be surprised when firey trials come our way...that tribulation works patience, character and hope in us.

In these things, we can thank God...that He sees all things, when we do not. He sees the end result of what you are going through. Just as gold is burnished in flame to a fine, pure finish, so will you be....burnished to reflect the image of His son, because this is God's purpose for us.

Trust Him. And I pray He give you the strength to rely on His love and promise that He will never let you fall.
