Because sin passes through the man, and Jesus's father was not human.

He was born of a virgin birth.

He didn't inherit the sin nature of man because of his immaculate conception which was the only means of God entering the world without having a sinful nature. This doesn't mean that he wasn't human and a man. It only highlights the fact that he was a sinless man and that he remained that way until his death - the sacrifice he paid demanded a pure sacrifice. Jesus was tempted in all points as we the Bible states and he overcame. If anything he was tempted more because Satan wanted him to fail more than anything else. You could even reason that the symbol of the parents sinning and thus coming together to sin there ofspring would inherit the sinful nature but Jesus was not conceived by two earthly parents. The divine and the earthly came together and thus the earthly didn't overtake the divine.

Because since man was originally subject to God and woman subject to man, the original sin entered by Adam and not Eve. The Bible does mention the sins of the fathers being passed down to their sons. The womans egg is not a living thing, whereas the sperm is a living thing. Therefore, the sins of the father would be passed down, however with Mary, this was not the case.

Jesus is NOT God in the flesh. Jesus was the firstborn of all creation by God according to the Bible. He did not inherit sin from being born to Mary because he already existed as a spirit being in heaven and was kept protected from it while inside the womb.

No flesh can glory in God's presence. Malachi 3:6 says "I am God, I change not." Since God is without limit and changeth not, and since every man has limitations, God has never been, nor can he ever be a man. God's presence in or with a person does not change His omni-present nature. Since the son of someone cannot be the someone, your question needs to be re-written.

Oh boy, this could open up a lengthy Bible study on whether or not Jesus' DNA was half-God half-human, or fully God's.

I think the simple answer is that God is holy. That means He is separated from sin.

This is why the church created the concept of the Immaculate Conception of Mary. They were uncomfortable with that very concept, since women were "tainted." So they decided Mary's mother, Anne, was visited by an angel and told that Mary would be born without sin, and that her offspring would be praised forever.

Mary was the vessel only for the seed to grow in. The Spirit of God supernaturaly put the seed in mary. Mary wasnt sinless which some people will say she was. She called her Son saviour just like christians do.

Because God can not sin. He was tempted for 40 days. The original sin was to partake of the devil. To follow the devil. God created the devil with free will to love Him. But, devil decided that he wanted to be God. Sin was found in him.

Who told you that he did not inherit original sin? He had to do so in order to live a life without it. You can't pay for a perfect life with blood? You have to be guilty of something and original sin is unpardonable.
