no! I'm 13 too and I'm waiting for the right guy to come around and be courageous so do what im doing hold off! At least until u find someone u really like!
Most boys probably haven't even kissed a girl before they were 15 maybe even 18!

No, you should be taking your time anyway. If you rush to fast into things, that feeling of excitement goes away to fast. I didn't kiss a guy until I was 15. I was fine with that. but it wasn't for lack of trying. It just never clicked. It will come and it will be great! Hang in there.
