I have a weigh in where I need to be as light as possible. How much water weight loss can I accomplish and how? My body fat is 13% and I weigh 200. Thanks!

I just need to lose water weight for the weigh in, I'm not looking for other weight loss. Plese skip joke replies.

Go to your nearest GNC store and buy a bottle of Hydroxycut Hardcore, and a couple bottles of dandelion root extract pills. Take 2 of the Hydroxycut and 6 of the dandelion in the morning, and repeat the dose at lunch. Drink about a gallon of water a day, and cut down on your carbs. I lost 20 lbs in less than a month when I did it last year, and I started the diet again yesterday, and lost 3 lbs already. The dandelion root helps you get rid of water weight faster, but you have to drink the water to lose it... You'll be peeing your brains out, but the weight will come off pretty quickly.
