once or twice a week so you dont do to much damage always protect your hair with a spray conditoner before you start

People with curly hair want it straight, people with straight hair want it curly. You could get it chemically straightened, it is fairly expensive but lasts about 2 months (maybe a little more) and it does work. Hassle free straight hair.

If with a straightening iron, my stylist recommended every other day, but i do mine every day (i know i'm bad =P)

NEVER! curly/wavy hair is really nice. if you straighten it too much, you'll RUIN it!
