You are logically correct. I agree with you. But in real GOD does not favour anyone in this world... but he will certainly favour his believers after life!
So this world is a test .... different people come and go...everything which happens go down the history and the world moves on!

I am not Jewish, but it is my understanding that the Jews turned away from God by rejecting the savior He sent, which was Jesus the Christ the son of God.
For these reasons, the Jews put themselves in a place where they were without divine protection, and where satan was able to inflict great pain and suffering upon them.
At this time, the adversary, who is satan and his armies, are spreading their evil as much as possible before the final conflict.
Israel is a small country, but it is not the only place where God's children and chosen people now dwell.
God's chosen people are not only Jewish but the House of Israel which has been scattered around the world throughout various tribes and bloodlines now. The House of Israel now lives on in various races. They will come forth at the appointed time, from all walks of life, from all corners of the globe.
Oh, yes...and believe it or not, one day, the Jews will accept the living Christ. But please do not mistake those who believe and follow Christ as those who call themselves "christians'' today on earth.
This is not from Scripture. This is from the memory of my heart and spirit and yes, my mind.
P.S. Another thing: I think it is a misnomer when people use the term "God's chosen people". I think those who are "chosen" have chosen Him.

It's interesting how you attribute only physical based information in posing your question. A truly spiritual individual might consider that god might not reveal his choice by the delivery of rewards on the physical plane. Perhaps the single country Jews have is all they need here. The Muslim world (as well as the Catholic), has a long history of trying to take it over - it must be awfully important.
In fact, Israel is safer than most Arab countries - even for Arabs. There are equal rights for women, and minority religions are free to have there voice and practice their faith.
So, if the spiritual plane is your barometer, it's not unreasonable to assume that the Jews could be chosen. When it comes to justice on the physical plane, Israel is head and shoulders above the Muslim nations.

No. Whenever someone brags they are the chosen ones, or their religion is the one true religion, they are being bigots. But I don't just apply this to Judaism or to Israel. I think what's happening to them is sad. But they took people from all over the world and started a country/religious nation in occupied territory/country/religious nation. The world's been in a war ever since. They've been the center of attention for at least 2 generations. I went to one web site that claims Christianity has the most adherants, but I find it susupicious, because the last book I read on the subject claimed most people in the world believed in local religions, paganism, spirits, etc. I guess it depends on who does the study.

All Christians are God's chose people. Read Galatians 3:26-29
26 For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.
27 For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.
28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.
29 And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.
By the way I did use my brain. Why do you ask questions about God and then say don't use God's Word? No one is born knowing everything about God, but who He is is revealed in the Bible. Everything that's in our brain is learned from somewhere whether it be parents, religion, education, etc. When you used your brain to think up that question it was referenced from somewhere.
What would you think if I asked you to tell me how to pass the driving permit test without including any information from the manual or any other reference- just use your brain? What would you be able to tell me-nothing, because you were not born with infinite knowledge.

Firstly, I just wanted to say that you appear to be stupid, so my apologies to other readers if the following points seem too simplistic.
Secondly, why should the jews have more than one country? (Afterall, G-d just promised us one.)
Thirdly, why should G-d's people be a large group? On the contrary, I would expect it to be a small group. Similar to an exclusive club. So, I would think that large groups are *less* likely to be G-d's chosen. (And the bible says as much.)
Fourthly, why should we expect G-d to jump in and save us every time some evil people do us harm? It's the same idea regarding any human suffering. We rarely see G-d jumping in acting miraculously. So, why would you think the holocaust would be different?
Fifthly, debating theology and saying "but don't use scripture" is like saying "let's discuss physics but nothing from newton". I.e. Stupid.

God chosen the Jews because they were the smallest in variety and weakest of the international locations on the time. that is to coach that the weakest people of mankind...who believe and with God on there area .. is significantly better than any sturdy great u . s . that does no longer believe in God . Examples of that is clear throuougt the bible.... Ex: David over Goliath- Jacob the youngest chosen over Esau. Joseph over his brothers. Hezakiah over the Assyrian military. The little city of Galilee ( abode of the Messiah) Jesus..over Jerusalem. And Jesus coming from the smallest of the 12 tribes of Israel . of route the Jews rejected Jesus ... Which then unfolded The covenant to those (chosen people) that believe in Jesus Christ as your savior

yes, we are chosen -- chosen for responsibility and war, and protected, though often oppressd. you'd think, that given the history of the jews and the length of time we have been oppressed that we would have ceased to exist. but even hitler's war machine couldn't stop us...excuse me if i'm less than shaking at your "muslim power"
