I'm trying to find the regulations in regard to transporting hunting rifles across Canada to Alaska.

The link in sources below is a site that will give you the information you need about transporting firearms in Canada from the US. It is important to note that undeclared firearms are CONFISCATED.

You fill out a Non-Resident Firearm Declaration, if you are transporting three or less guns. There is a continuation sheet for more than three. It is important you wait until you arrive at the point of entry to sign the form. A customs officer must witness your signature. The Declaration is good for 60 days. There is not added fee to renew if you renew before the expiration date.

Flat fee of $25.00 per person, regardless of how many guns.
