Asking which gym is the best gym is like asking what somebody's favorite color is. You're going to get a lot of opinion. The best way to choose a home gym is to sit down and come up with a list of goals that you want to achieve. Next, you need to set your budget.

If your budget is within the 250 - 350 dollar range I suggest trying out the Bandflex Home Gym (Sometimes Band Flex.). If you're willing to go up to $7000 dollars I suggest getting a Matrix Multi Station Home Gym.

I can also suggest a couple brands as well. Body Solid and Body Craft are two of the best brands in the industry. Body Craft and Body Solid units are well known for well thought out design and longevity. I suggest you check out the BodyCraft Mini Xpress, Galena, and Pro home gyms and the Body Solid 1500s or the EXM 1500s.

My center sister called today, and informed me that my older brother has Alzheimer's and is going to be institutionalized. Charlie and that i been estranged considering formative years, some thing we renewed about ten years in the past. some thing in my lizard mind must be happy that he's suffering, and concurrently i think to blame for having that impulse. the only good memory I actual have of Charlie is when we were little ones and for Christmas we offered one yet another plastic cannons which shot timber shells. We used them to shoot the glass balls off the Christmas tree. My father had a way of putting forward "Merry Christmas" that made it sound like he had purely cursed you. It felt like Dad had come living house back.
