A blue collar worker that enjoys shopping at Wal-Mart,has two kids spaced two or three years,and goes out for dinner with the spouse and maybe a drink with a friend about every weekend.They watch t.v. every night before going to bed by eleven and usually grabs something not-so-great for breakfast as they run out the door because they're a little behind as usual.They try to eat better and exercise more,but have a hard time with that because they think they have to spend too much time running the kids here and there and drop off the dry cleaning and such.Phew! I'm so glad I'm not my own conception of normal.
