i wanna learn karate from net as free tutorial. any site?? if any kind person give me any free ebook about marial art?? i wanna learn martial art from net.

i don't recommend learning from the web, books, or videos. learn it in a dojo with a master and peers is better

my best suggestion is to go to youtube and find karate forms and practice those. as you practice the forms take each move a part and try to figure out what the application for each form is for.
be warned though that learning from books, web, and vid is never as good as a live teacher.
ps. if you can't find karate forms on youtube and you really want to learn something trying looking for ITF tae kwon do forms. the tae kwon do most ppl are familiar with is WTF and is more sport and point oriented. but ITF will teach you to really defend yourself like karate will. (only with a bit more kicks)

You'l llearn bad form and bad practice. Be sensible and spend a little money to learn it. or don't learn it.
