If it lives in a rural part of Scotland it won't have that smokers cough kind of coo that London pigeons have.

a pigeon in England will say coo... but a pigeon in Scotland saying the same thing will be saying cow....as a cow in Scotland is pronounced coo

no. pigeons in Dublin sound very different to those which used to reside on Trafalgar square, and so I assume do those in Scotland!

Can you be a bit more spacific?

People all have different voices.

Animals weather their the same or different type sometimes look and sound the same but most likely their voices might be different then others.
