This should have been stopped a long time ago. Even though he's your brother this is not acceptable and he should be reported and sent to the authorities immediately. Also find a psychiatrist to help you get through this it will be hard.

Your brother obviously has some serious issues. Tell someone at school. The guidance counselor perhaps. They will keep things quiet so you won't be afraid. If not call the police.
And NO. Running away won't help. If he can molest you, he can also molest another child. Stop him from hurting others.

Do not run away, but definitely call the police.Prison is his only answer.Your Mom should do everything & anything to get him out of your life & behind bars.Your Mom is not on your side if she "can't" get him away from you.Do you have any relatives you can trust to help you or that you can stay w/?You may be answering no...b/c you have not asked & told any of them the danger you are in.Nobody can help you if you don't tell them you are in need.Do not be ashamed be freed of that demon & call the police! If you want get some trusted family member/friend to do it for you or w/ you.You need to get out of the house but not by running away. You should not be further punished when you did nothing wrong.Leave now but go to a safe place-such as for starters a neighbor Mom or family that you tell this to.Do Not stay around him one second longer.

Tell some other grown up what your problem is, they may report it and it will stop. What kind of mother do you have? She know that is wrong, she should involve some social worker so that your brother can get some help. Listen at me and beleive what I'm saying, oneday your brother will be in prison for rape or molesting another child. TELL SOMEONE.

No, running away is NOT the answer dear ! Why can't mom not stop him is my question? I told my daughter I didn't care WHO was touching her, just let me know and I "would" take care of that ...period!! If camil thinks she can help, then do it, you DO need our help. You really need to talk with an detective...not a cop... about this, NOW! That was what helped me ....BIG TIME!!! A detective !! Social services doesn't seem trained very well these days. I know! Sent help to my grandchildren , only to be the subject of ridicule from them. They did NO help at all!! Something CAN be done to stop this !

Go straight to the police for your own protection. Your mother should be wanting to stop this but isn't doing the right thing...getting help for your brother and protecting you as well. Don't be afraid. The police will help you. I know they will since I worked at a police department for years. They want you to be safe just as much as you do and will do whatever it takes to do that. This could escalate into something much worse if you let it go on. I've seen it too many times. Please go now dear!

Your mother should kick him out, you need to call the police. Don't run away. See if you can move in with a relative, and not spend time with your brother.

You should go to a trusted adult about this, but be aware that this person will have to tell the authorities and know that you have to do this in order to help yourself. Sometimes you have to take care of yourself because no one else will. This is one of those times. Be brave and everything will work out for the best. Don't let anyone take anymore of your innocence away. Go to the authorities.

i wouldn't blame you for wanting to run away, though that solves nothing. if your mom can't keep him away from you, you need to call social services and tell them what's going on. what they'll do then is take you to a safe place like a foster home for you to live. you would need to request for counselling to deal with the shame and guilt and fear you may have.

Turn him into the police or tell your Mother to get help if she can't stop him. By the way where is your father?
