Answer this for me why do girls to it to guys?????????

By-and-large, guys don't even know how to toy with your
emotions. The ones who do are probably best left alone.
The operative word here is "toy" - "to deliberately manipulate
for amusement". To do so requires much more of an
understanding of social behavior than most men have
(or are interested in having).
Indeed, women are more likely to play this way then men are.
However, some men simply USE women - that is, do what
they need to to get what they want with no respect to what
she might feel.
And of course, women do that too.
It may well be that you feel toyed with because you are
overexaming his apparent emotions, trying to read things
out of his expressions and words that just aren't there.
You see an expression and you think "He must be thinking
this so I should respond that way" and later find out he has
gas.
Or, you may be assuming that he is reading your body language
or picking up on your apparently too subtle queues.
The SAFEST way to communicate with anyone, across
gender or not, is to actually talk. Say what you mean. Don't
use implication. Don't assume he knows things that to you
are obvious.
You might want to read through "Men are from Mars, women
are from Venus". Some interesting stuff there.
Rarely is there any malice involved. It is almost always
a matter of style of communication.

B/c we let them..... Women need to be strong and not let anyone toy with our emotions.

Only the insecure ones that want to overpower you do this. Look for a good guy, they are out there, but they are hard to find.

um I'm not a girl however, I think it happens in both sexes. I don't do it to my wife's emotions and she doesn't do it to mine. Hopefully you will find a good one.

they get off on controlling us. they know they can bring you down and pick you back up when ever they want. they know they can control us.
