There will always be idiots everywhere that make life suck for the rest of us. These people are usually very miserable inside themselves and therefore feel the need to stir up **** and aggravate others. I guess this gives them some sort of twisted satisfaction.

you don't HAVE to. it's not that hard to find someone's ip address and thereby track them down. i'm not saying you SHOULD do so, but if you did you could take certain steps to ensure you didn't have to put up with them any more.
of course, we DO have laws against such things and people paid and motivated to enforce them, so....
