Would you open it? Some of it? Or turn it in to the proper authorities? What if no one would ever know, would that change your answer? I'm not judging you, I'm just curious. Myself, I'd be reeeaaalllly tempted to open some, especially parcels!

Yeah, my conscience would never let me sleep again if I opened even one piece. I don't have a bag of mail, but I had just read an article on a German mailman who hparded letters.

I'd turn it in unless you're stranded on a deserted island and need supplies in the parcels in order to survive. You know, if you need someone to talk to, put a face on a volleyball and call it Wilson.

Since undelivered mail is FEDERAL property, I'd call my local post office & report it found. I'd take it to them or give it to the mailperson, depending on what their suggestion to do with it would be.
I've had people open my mail, letters, checks, parcels, etc. So the curiosity of what's inside someone else's isn't there for me.

I would take it to the post office....the postal carrier would probably be fired but well deserved. I would never open it since its a federal offense which in turn means federal prison instead of state prisons. Those parcels are expected by someone and could be medication or gifts. I wouldnt even think twice about it. But...I also try to teach my kids to be honest too.

I would deliver them. And if someone is home where you delivered it to, explain to them what happened. I would be tempted to open some packages though. But if it was just regular mail, then I would mail it, or turn it in to the post office I guess.

No ,I would turn it over to the post office, its not that I'm so self-righteous but It not mine so I wouldn't keep or open any of it. Just the way my momma raised me I guess. I'm not being judgmental at all just saying what I would do. Adjusting my halo as I summit this answer.lol

you should probably turn it in to proper authorities. think about it. what of there's a really important letter that someone has to get soon, and you would be kind of responsible for that person not getting it. avoid the guilt

Return it to the post office. What if it were your parcel or letter that someone else found? Don't expect good deeds in life if you don't do them yourself.

In my country (Canada) it is a criminal offense to knowingly open somebody else's mail. Not worth it. I'd turn it in.

I would turn it in to the postal service.
If you were to open it . that would be a Federal Crime, that comes with time in a Federal Pen. I would not want that.
