It depends on your complexion and your skin color. If you have a warm complexion, try caramel or honey colored highlights. If your skin is very pale, then you might actually consider using 2 different color highlights (they'd do it with foils in that case). It will bring more color to your face and perk up your overall appearance.

Go with a lighter brown, unless you want something dramatic. You could even do red if you wanted.

Well it depends on what kind of look you are going for. If you want something subtle I would go with dark carmel blonde highlights, if you want something a little more noticable I would try light honey blonde highlights with emphasis on your face. Both would be great fro summer and fall!
