Crimes that are committed by white collar folks. An example would be executives stealing money from a retirement plan fund or lie about companies earning to increase stock prices. Things of this nature.

It is crime that has happened by professional people....bank presidents, doctors, lawyers.....it can be a violent or non-violent crime. Blue collar crime is what the lower class is called.
