If you have a sister that demands your attention and help which prevents you from doing what you like to do. For instance, she bothers you whenever you talk on the phone with your friends or you always have to take care of her which prevents you from going out with your friends. She always cause your parents to prevent you from doing what you want to do. On the other hand, you never do the same to her, like cause your parents to prevent her from doing what she wants to. She never have to do anything for you or care about you. That is not fair. She never admit that she has prevent you from a lot of stuff. What a shame? Why do sisters do that? Would you hate that kind of a sister? Your family members may say "you are lucky to have a sister that demands you. It is better to be important than to be useless, but I disagree. I would rather be useless to my siblings. Would you?

You need to talk to your parents and work out a way where you can have time for yourself. You shouldn't hate your sister for this. It's up to you to stand up for yourself.

How old is your sister?
If she's still young (maybe a toddler) then she does need your attention and help. She might not be able to help you now but she will be in the future. Part of the responsiblity of being an older sibling is to take care of the younger ones. That's what a family is. You are there to help each other. Sometimes you may feel it isn't fair because you have to sacrifice your own time but I think family is more important. Treasure them now. Friends come and go, as they say, but your family will always be there for you. As for you going out with your friends, try to work things out with your parents, like telling them ahead of time what your schedules are so you can work around it. You can still have fun growing up, being with your friends and at the same time not feeling like your family or sister is taking all of your time. :-)

One way you can look at it is that maybe you shouldn't put all the blame on your sister. Maybe your parents are giving you way to much responsibility. You should talk to them about the situation, tell them that you need to have some personal time to relax and hang out with your friends. As to your sister always bothering you, well thats the way siblings are. Your sister might look at you as her role model and that is probably why she is always hanging around you. Good luck!!

I would hate her because that is going to get you unwanted attention. Do the same things to her, then she will see how it feels and do it less often to you. Who said you have to obey ur sisters every whim anyway, tell her and ur parents that ur busy but you'll do it next time. It works, i do it to my little brother.
