Or it is ok to provide later after another one or two years. I could say, I can provide it but after I’ve finished my work contract here in K.S.A. Could the situation delay my application? Is the Canada immigration will not considered if I don’t have enough funds on the banks right on the start of application, but I can provide it later while my application is on the process?

What? damn, next time ask in your native language, and post it in the right internaional section.

I can only assume from your post that you are trying to immegrate from somewhere to Canada, but that you need to show adequate funds available. If that is correct, then you must have the funds at the time of immegration.

Call your local Canadian embassy. They will have all the information you need to obtain. There are about 5 different ways to apply for visa. It really depends on your situation. Since population is low and aging, they are seeking migration from younger workers. Good luck!
