Glass and marble could certainly be the main sanitary. wood and plastic are a techniques too porous. somewhat wood. Yuck. in spite of the shown fact that, I genuinely have got here across that tumbler slicing boards boring my knife blades and make an undesirable sound whilst i exploit them. comparable is going for granite. I genuinely have an outstanding Bosch dishwasher that sanitizes my dishes, so I only use plastic slicing boards. Been employing plastic for years and no nutrition poisoning incidents to checklist. *Knock on wood...*

Do not use a wood cutting board. It soaks in bacteria. The best to use is a glass board. It will wear more slowly and is a more natural material than plastic.

A plastic cutting board is the best because wood will soak the germs. Also remember to get a sray bottle and spray the cutting board with a little bleach to kill all of the germs and them put it into the dishwasher to kill the bleach.

Bleach kills EVERYTHING well 99% of all bacteria, the whole "it's porous" is just a freakish non-truth. If you soak your board in bleach/water mix for one minute all germs are killed.
