The Grand Hotel Dolder is being rebuilt completely - and after that it will be a kind of 6* or 7* hotel, I think...

From the lists above, the inn Limmathof does look a inn with a vegetarian eating position in it. the different eating position interior the inn is defined as "Swiss" which makes it quite a lot easily not vegetarian and absolutely not vegan. it really is a large area, in basic terms via the river from the significant station. maximum eating places in Zurich do have vegetarian food. maximum lodges (in Switzerland; i have not stayed in any lodges in Zurich) grant a breakfast that incorporates salami, even if that is commonly self-serve.

i agree with the suggestions Baur au Lac and Widder Hotel but the Dolder Grand Hotel isn't bad either. it's situated at the top of a hill and the view over the lake is fantastic.

obviously, the dolder. it is the most expensive hotel, and it is like an old castle thing. That is where everyone famous stays... Plus, they recently redid it, so it is pretty much new, i think.

See: www.zurichhotelandtravel.com

It lists all the 5* hotels in Zurich.

I still think expedia is your best bet.
