A quick remedy is hard because pimples are what they are, normally oil and dirt trapped in the skin, and the pore becomes clogged causing a bump or irritation. So to prevent pimples:
1. You must keep your skin clean.
2. Exericse can help as a good work out will cause the pores to open.
3. A good diet, if you eat a lot of junk, especially sugar it seems to trigger pimples. So drink plenty of water and eat healthy foods, fresh fruit, vegtables, and avoid starches, and sugars (especially sodas and juices).
Wish you the best.

Don't squeeze them! You don't mention how old you are but sometimes men will get whats called "ingrown facial hair"! It's when you shave and one of your facial hairs grows under the skin causing a hard lump that is painful to touch. They can last quite awhile and what happens is eventually the hair works it's way to the surface where it forms a whitehead and when you squeeze the spot a hair will pop out! It looks like a little stick almost!! Then the bump goes away! I usually get them once in ahile in the same spots!! Go figure!! So!!! You may have that going on instead of pimples! Pimples usually appear and in a day or two form a whitehead that can be popped! Gross stuff what we guys gotta go through huh!!

Go to a dermatologist for a medication. That's what I had to do, even though I never had zits until I was 22. Late puberty and then I injured my brain at 22 and set my system off.
Accutane is what finally worked. Proactiv worked, but only for a while.

I had the same problem.. I was perscribed acutane by a doctor 2xs in my teens..and they cleared up... but now that I am older, I dont seem to have trouble... Make sure before you go to bed..you wash your face.... and if you put a lot of stuff in your hair.. wash that too.. mary kay has a good mens acne cream that works wonders!!!! Bad acne ran in my family..so i can relate... good luck

will i think you should stop eating grease foods stop drinking soda (if you do) and drink ALOT of water...preferably eight 8 oz a day..it may not seem like much advise but whenever i start getting pimples i stop eating grease foods stop drinking soda and drink lots and lots of water and in a couple days my face is clear as can be...its not a forever technique but its a start.

You really need to get a skin care regimine. Too many guys don't think they need to use anything but soap. There is a really good line for acne here:
