Could be sinus problems.
Could be dry eyes or dry air in the house
Could be some kind of eye irritant
Could be eye strain from previous day or night
Rest your eyes.
Place a cold cloth over your eyes.
Take some tylenol

there is a virus very ugly called iritis
if they keep hurting worse everyday for a few days get help
I was 14 when I got it and my dad did not want to get me help thinking it would pass. a few weeks latter I was in the hospital for the rest of the summer about 12 weeks
good news was I lost 40 lbs

are you dealing with any stressful situations at the moment? This happened to me about a year ago when i was under alot of stress and not getting any sleep. It just got worse until the moment passed, then it went away after about a week.

hey hun...if it feels like you have a piece of sand or grit in your eye then a simple stie (a small bump) might be the culprit...they are a little painfull for a couple of days but they will go away on their own....just check the edge of your upper and lower eye lids for the small white bump...love daisy
