during operation iraqi freedom my unit was under "ground attack", "small arms fire", and sud missle attack, at camp thunder off the borader of kuwait March 23,2003. i just would like to know what i need to do to get my unit a CAB.

But did you actually do anything, or were you hiding under a desk? If you shot back, talk to your command. If you were only shot at and hid the whole time, quit being a spongy ***** and live without it. This is the reason awards like this don't have any meaning anymore.

if you really earned one i would think you CO would put in everything for you to get the award, you would think he would want that for his unit. anyway a officer or a staff nco would probally have to submit a award, well the CO would probally have to submit a award like that.
