Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

If you are quite a bit over weight then an ordinary diet and exercise will let you loose about a stone in a fortnight so a little extra effort should have the desired effect (a stone is 14 pounds in US$!). If you only have the stone and a half to loose, well I'm stumped, I have about a stone to loose and, diet and exercise as I might, I can't seem to loose an ounce!

One good tip I can give you though is stay well away from ANY diet that has a name of any kind, they are ALWAYS bad for you and remember that the more slowly you loose weight, the easier it is to keep it off! Good Luck!

EDIT: having read other answers: I didn't mention but it is bad for you to loose that amount of weight in so short a time but a stone in a FIRST fortnight of a diet is not too much if, as I mentioned, you are very heavy to Begin with. (I put on 2 stone when I gave up smoking and the first stone was lost really quickly without any ill effects!)

You cannot. Well, I guess if you amputated your leg, then maybe. Obviously the rate of weight loss is based on how heavy you are when you start, but even if you fast for 14 days and excercise like a mad man you will only lose about 7-8 pounds. Losing 20# in 2 weeks is completely impossible, and anyone that tells you otherwise is lying to you. Your best bet is to stop worrying about your weight, impliment a healthier lifestyle of diet and excersice. Before you know it, the weight will start coming off. (Or you can just by bigger pants) :)

Losing so much weight so quickly is not healthy. Not to mention that you'd probably end up gaining it all back just about as quickly. Talk to your doctor about a diet & exercise program to get you started. Healthy weight loss is 1/2 to 2 pounds a week.

This not reasonable, not to mention probably impossible. Losing a pound a week is manageable, for you and your body. And it is more likely to be a long term action.
If you eat and exercise correctly, you can aim to lose your 20 pounds in a year and stick to your new weight.
Good luck to you.
