12VDC pwr. supply good; pwr. through on/off sw. to pcb through connector good.

This is a CB right?Check your fuse connector it`s connected on the hot (usually red )wire it just twists off hold the fuse up to see if it`s blown you`ll know this by the way the little filamint looks,If it`s gone or if it`s leaning side ways on one side replace it.You will want to use the same size fuse 2 to 5 amp look on the package,it will say 5amp CB You can purchase them for a couple of dollars at walmart.Try a new fuse if that doesn`t work check your connection on the power supply red wire to +black wire to-- If that dosen`t work you may need to try a radio tech.

Impossible to guess the fault ..... but possible to guess that if you have to ask here, of all places, you don't really have much chance of finding the fault yourself.
