If I have a greencard through a company via prospective employment (that means I have never worked for this company), do I mandatorily have to work for that company or can I pretty much work for anybody, now that I have the greencard?

You can work wherever, if you have your greencard the number one restriction is voting. but otherwise you're good to go.

That depends. The only way you're going to get this answered correctly is to contact the immigration department. You'll get all the correct answers there.

Check your congratulations letter. If there are any limitations on your green card (which I doubt), they are in the letter.
