I recently had to be up for a long period of time so I took a couple of caffine pills, after that I felt sick and light headed. I dont feel like that when I drink soda or coffee but was just wondering if someone could be allergic to caffine??

First, a person can be 'allergic' to ANYthing on The Planet! Sometimes it is an actual physical allergy or reaction, sometimes it's psychological.
But in your case, taking 1 of those caffeine tablets is the equivalent of drinking 4-6 cups full-dose high-caffeine truckstop vintage coffee. And you took a couple? I'll bet you WERE feeling light-headed & nauseous!

You could well have had too much caffiene: It has been known to do that, or to cause severe headaches.
The next time you need to be up a long time, try a bag of peanuts and a soda. That works for Mother when she has to go on a long drive.

yes, you could. also if you take caffine pills and drink soda or have chocolate it could become worse.

Yes you can. but has to be a high dose and directly to your blood stream. You got light headed because you didn't eat anything.

I don't know. But that wouldn't be as weird as me being allergic to apples.

Not an allergy, really, but it can cause rapid heart beat, headaches, dizziness. Stay off the stuff.
