There is no real answer to this question but what I have learned of what love is to me and that is the word LOVE itself holds the answer.......
(L)isten: and validate them by hearing and empathizing.
(O)verlook: their minor character flaws as they will overlook yours.
(V)alue: who they are and what they mean to you.
(E)xpress: how you love them not just with words but with actions.

Everything in the universe can be understood by using the following two simple ideas working together to interpret how the world works. First...You will head in the direction that you are looking and Second...You will get good at what you practice at. If you want to change your life you have to change where you look and change what you practice.
Some behavior practice's are more effective and effecient to get you where you are looking than others. This then brings up the idea of friction between where you look and what you practice. Or, how well you are going through the universe with what you are practicing. IF what you are practicing is taking you in the direction you are looking then there is less bad friction.
Some types of friction feel better than others...example: friction of when you are hitting the pavement when you wipe your motorcycle out or the friction of being entwinded with your lover. Or if you take a match and strike it on the sandpaper or rub it up against your moniter. One thing creates fire, the other has no effect...Like cats go wild over catnip, but dogs don't care.
So how does this all tie in with the source of love? You will have found the source of your love in life when you are looking in the right direction and practicing the things needed to take you there.
From my point of view for most people that comes from first forgiving everyone everywhere everything from the beginning to the end of time. Most importantly you must forgive yourself for all the things you have done to hurt others. Then you must find the ability to have compassion for all, especially those who do not deserve it. Finally you must be truthful and honest with everyone including yourself. When you learn to look for good things to happen and when you practice being good ...then you will find the source of all love in the universe. It is always there, always available...you just have to look for love and practice loving others all the time. Good luck. Peace and Love...Joetheway
