I honestly believe it depends on the two parties involved. I just ended a relationship and it started out long distace, two differnt states than he relocated to be with me and we moved in together. It only lasted 4 months we just ended it last week and he is due to move back in two days. We agreed that we liked it better when we lived in two different states and saw each other every 3-4months. We are going to go back to that minus the relationship meaning we are free to date others.
